The ACLU of Alaska is dedicated to expanding and enforcing the civil liberties and civil rights of immigrants and to combating public and private discrimination against them. In addition to litigation and legislative advocacy on behalf of immigrants, we provide essential information about constitutional rights to impacted groups and participate in educational efforts to strengthen immigrant communities in Alaska.
