Fair Anchorage, a coalition of local, state, and regional organizations working to defeat 2017-2, needs your help.
Anchorage's LGBTQ-inclusive non-discrimination ordinance reflects our values of fairness and equality for all, including our transgender neighbors. Unfortunately, opponents of equality are currently gathering signatures for 2017-2, a petition to revoke the protections already in place for Anchorage's transgender community. If they gather enough signatures, discrimination will be on the April 2018 ballot.
We need help urging voters in our community to say "No" to discrimination by declining to sign the harmful petition being circulated. Want to find out how you can get involved?
