Mark Regan is the Legal Director at the Disability Law Center of Alaska, which is the Alaska Protection and Advocacy organization for people with disabilities.
Jerry Jenkins is the CEO of Community Mental He...alth Services in Anchorage and Fairbanks and President of Alaska Behavioral Health Association.
Monique Martin is the Health Care Policy Advisor for Alaska’s Department of Health and Human Services.
